Cancellation & Refund Policy

Important Terms

• The booking amount is non-refundable.
• If cancellation is made at least 7 days before the departure date, the advance can be adjusted against a future batch.
• No refund or adjustment will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date.
• No-show on the day of departure (as per the given reporting time) will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
• In the case of trip cancellation due to force majeure – such as natural disasters (rain, snow, landslides, earthquakes), strikes, COVID-19 restrictions, or any local government restrictions – the amount remains non-refundable.
