- Your Bhutan holiday begins the moment you arrive at Bagdogra Airport. From here, we’ll drive towards Jaigaon, the Indian town situated along the Bhutan border.
- After completing the immigration formalities at the Pedestrian Terminal, you’ll officially enter Phuentsholing, the welcoming gateway to the Kingdom of Bhutan.
- Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend some time relaxing after your journey. If time permits, you can visit Zangtopelri Lhakhang, a peaceful Buddhist temple located in the centre of the town.

- Chimi Lhakhang – The Fertility Temple
- Enjoy a short walk to this revered hilltop monastery dedicated to Lama Drukpa Kuenley, affectionately known as the Divine Madman. The temple is widely visited for its cultural and spiritual significance.
- Punakha Dzong

- The booking amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure can be adjusted against a future TripKarado batch.
- No refund or adjustment will be applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.
- Failure to report on the departure day at the scheduled reporting time will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
- If the trip is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, earthquakes, strikes, COVID restrictions, or government orders, the booking amount will remain non-refundable.

- Distance: The road journey from Bagdogra Airport to Phuentsholing covers approximately 150.8 km and takes around 4 hours.

Group pickup is scheduled at 02:00 PM from Bagdogra Airport (IXB). - Airport Drop
The scheduled airport drop is around 01:00 PM. Travelers are advised to book return flights departing after 3:00 PM. Guests with late evening flights may comfortably wait at the airport.
Important Information
- Travelers arriving by train at New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station will be picked up and dropped at Tinbatti More, situated approximately 3.7 km from the station.
- Our representative will be available at the airport to assist and coordinate all scheduled pickups.
