  1. The booking amount is non-refundable.
  2. Cancellations made 7 days or more before departure can be adjusted against a future TripKarado batch.
  3. No refund or adjustment will be applicable for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.
  4. Failure to report on the departure day at the scheduled reporting time will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
  5. If the trip is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as heavy rainfall, snowfall, landslides, earthquakes, strikes, COVID restrictions, or government orders, the booking amount will remain non-refundable.

    Group pickup is scheduled at 02:00 PM from Bagdogra Airport (IXB).
  • Airport Drop
    The scheduled airport drop is around 01:00 PM. Travelers are advised to book return flights departing after 3:00 PM. Guests with late evening flights may comfortably wait at the airport.

  • Travelers arriving by train at New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station will be picked up and dropped at Tinbatti More, situated approximately 3.7 km from the station.
